Artificial Intelligence and antibiotics
AI could help develop antibiotics in the future, reducing time and cost. The increasing number of deaths from resistant bacteria requires urgent action. Instead of relying solely on new antibiotics, the use of pre- and probiotics is seen as a more subtle solution. One study suggests that antibiotics can weaken the immune system of young chicks, highlighting the need for effective immune support, with a focus on gut health.
Do pigeons have a particular intellect? They pass on knowledge like people!
The oceans are getting sick from antibiotics and bacteria are becoming increasingly resistant, posing a danger to humanity, which depends on the seas. There is a similar problem with nitrogen, with politicians taking action too late. Soon, life-saving antibiotics will probably have to be rationed because of their eco-toxicity. Racing pigeons each have their own skill level, and pigeons with more complex navigational techniques are better homing pilots. They can build on the knowledge of others, just like humans.
We are pleased to see you again and to follow the path of the pigeons/birds/dogs together. We will be at the following exhibitions and hope to see you there!
